In a country crowded with Momna Mustehsan, Mahira Khan, Ayeza Khan, Sana Javed heartthrobs, Pakistani men just love having a candy floss to gulp on.
Meet Pakistan Tehreek Insaf’s MNA Shandana Gulzar Khan – the new hearthrob of Pakistani lads who are falling in love with her views and the way she spoke when she talked about Economical crises in Pakistan on HUM News.
Shandana Gulzar is member of National Assembly on a reserved seat for women from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa since August 2018; after the General Elections. On 27 September 2018, Prime Minister Imran Khan appointed her as Federal Parliamentary Secretary for commerce.
Looking at her educational background, she has a pretty intellectual profile
She has done Bechlors of laws (LL.B) from University of Peshawar and Master of Laws (LL.M), Corporate Governance; Economics of Law and Regulation; WTO and International Economic Laws, 2:1 Honours.
Leaving many inspired, she spoke on the current fiasco happening in pakistan. Without any attacks on the opposition she explained a competitively complicated thing in very understandable manner.
In her interview, Shandana shared that how Pakistan’s current account deficit is in between $36-38 billion, out which $20 billion is just the remittances.
She declared that there is a reason why the government decided to raise the prices of goods
As to why the government has decided to raise the prices of goods which are not favourable for the ‘common man’ of this country, she explained that this was only because the riches can afford despite of what the prices are, but the poor can't. This measure was also to oblige the debt and generate revenue in an effective way.
"We know what has not worked in the past will fail all over again,” said the Parliamentary Secretary for Commerce Shandana Gulzar Khan while telling no politician is a saint whatsoever and neither is anyone claiming to be. She further added that such painful decisions will have to be made.
“I can guarantee you that like parties all over the world, not just in Pakistan, we will also make mistakes, but they will be calculated mistakes.”
Furthermore, she explained 'it's not called U-Turn, it's called correcting youreslf'
While applauding Prime Minister Imran Khan, Shandana said, “Khan sahab ki yeh baat shayad hi mene kuch world leaders mein dekhi ho k you make a decision and you feel that it was not the best decision. You, then have the guts to correct yourself and say it publicly.”
“Ab aglay 5 saal bhi opposition issay u-turn kehti rahy tau not a problem.”
Seeing her gentle style of talking and her looks, Pakistanis couldn't help having a crush on her…
Like many celebrities and actresses influencing our youth, Shandana has won the hearts of many without even trying. Are you crushin’ over this beauty with brains, too? Let us know in the comments.
